The Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities, SSANU, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, has threatened to embark on an indefinite strike over alleged unpaid salaries, arrears, and other unmet demands.
The threat comes as the university’s chapter of the Academic Staff Union of Universities has been on strike since August for the same reasons and is yet to resume.
Similarly, SSANU had earlier warned that the planned resumption of students and the forthcoming convocation ceremony could be disrupted if outstanding payments were not made.
