The Nigerian Meteorological Agency has forecast thunderstorms and moderate rainfall across several parts of the country on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, urging the public to take precautions against potential weather hazards.
In its daily weather outlook released, the agency said, Sunny skies are expected over most parts of the northern region during the morning hours, while sunny conditions are likely to persist across the region with slim chances of isolated thunderstorms over the southern parts of Taraba State later in the day.
The forecast also indicated a cloudy atmosphere with light rains and thunderstorms likely over parts of Edo, Ogun, Ondo, Ebonyi, Cross River, Rivers, Lagos, and Akwa Ibom States in the morning.
